The boys’ golf team smashed their Noland Road Rivals by double-digit strokes earlier this week. The victory was a high point to end off the regular season before heading into district play. We talked with Cole Dockins and Jude McGraw about the big rivalry game win.
While the final score didn’t go Truman’s way, junior Laney Smith managed to get a brace against their Noland Road rivals. She scored two goals and kept Truman within striking distance for most of the game.
Junior golfer Aidan Williams shot a 92 earlier this week to earn himself a spot on the second team all-conference roster. Williams performance helped the Patriots finish third at the meet. We caught up with him today to discuss the season and his accomplishment.
Due to a variety of circumstances Truman’s spring musical will be held at Van Horn. This has created a unique test for the students as they prepare to perform for the final time as high schoolers.
